Turd Titans · a d/b/a of WOW with Obet LLC, an Indiana limited liability company · Last updated October 5, 2026

1. What Turd Titans is

Turd Titans is an online marketplace for dog-waste yard cleanup, one time or recurring. Customers post cleanups; independent local service providers ("Titans") take them. Turd Titans provides the website, holds payment while a cleanup is done, and handles the money. Turd Titans does not perform the work itself, does not employ Titans, and does not supervise or control how they do the work.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Customers and Titans have separate accounts. Give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. How a cleanup works

  1. Posting. A customer describes the cleanup, its location and timing, and sets the price they are willing to pay (minimum $25). The customer pays the full amount plus the customer fee (section 5) when posting. Turd Titans holds that money; it is not paid to anyone yet.
  2. Offers. Titans near the cleanup can offer to take it at the posted price, or offer their own price. The customer and Titan can counter (up to 3 rounds). The customer always decides. Nothing is booked until the customer accepts a Titan or an offer. If an accepted price is higher than what was paid, the customer pays the difference before work starts. If it is lower, the difference is refunded.
  3. Contact. Each side's address and contact details are shared only after the cleanup is booked, and only with the other party to that cleanup.
  4. Proof photos. The Titan uploads photos before starting and after finishing. A cleanup cannot be submitted as done without them.
  5. Approval. The customer reviews the photos and approves, or opens a dispute (section 6). If the customer does not respond within 48 hours of the cleanup being submitted, it is approved automatically and the Titan is paid.
  6. Payout. On approval, Turd Titans pays the Titan the agreed price minus the Titan fee, through Stripe. Titans must complete Stripe's payout setup to be paid.

4. Titans are independent

Titans are independent contractors, not employees, agents or partners of Turd Titans. They choose which cleanups to take, set or negotiate their own prices, use their own tools and transportation, and decide how to do the work. They are responsible for their own taxes, licenses and permits. Insurance is optional (shown as a badge on your profile). Titans agree to:

5. Fees

WhoFee
CustomerA service fee added on top of the cleanup price: 15% standard. Your first cleanup's fee is waived (up to $50).
TitanA service fee taken from the cleanup price at payout: 15% standard. The first 50 Titans to join ("Founding") pay 10%.

Fees can go down: after 10 positive ratings the fee drops by 1 point, then 0.1 point per further positive rating. Each qualifying referral (section 8) takes 0.1 point off. Negative ratings add 0.2 point each. A standard fee never goes below 10% or above 16%. Your current rate is always shown in your account. We may change fees for future cleanups with notice on the site; changes never apply to a cleanup already booked.

6. Disputes

If the work is not right, the customer can open a dispute instead of approving. The money stays held while it is open. Both sides can add photos and messages and make offers to settle. While a dispute is open:

Turd Titans may review the photos and messages and make a final decision where the rules above don't settle it.

7. Cancellations and refunds

While no Titan has been booked, you can cancel a cleanup yourself with the Cancel button on its page, and you get a full refund of the price and fee. Once a Titan is booked, email [email protected]. We'll work it out with both sides, and the dispute rules apply if you can't agree. If you accept an offer lower than what you paid, the difference is refunded to you. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear.

8. Referrals

Every account has a personal invite link. When someone who joined through your link pays for and approves a cleanup (customers), or finishes a paid cleanup (Titans), your fee drops by 0.1 point, down to a 10% minimum. Referrals earn fee discounts only, never cash. Referring yourself, or cleanups between accounts you control, doesn't count. We may remove discounts gained by abuse. We may run optional monthly prizes for top promoters; any prize rules will be posted on the leaderboard.

9. Not allowed

We may remove posts, hold payouts tied to suspected fraud, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

10. Ratings, photos and content

After a cleanup, both sides can rate each other. Ratings and reviews must be honest. You keep ownership of photos and messages you upload. You give Turd Titans permission to store and show them to the other party to the cleanup, and to use them to run the service and resolve disputes. We do not publish job photos publicly without permission.

11. Liability

Turd Titans is a marketplace. The contract for the work is between the customer and the Titan. Turd Titans is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the work, or for injury, loss or property damage, except where the law doesn't allow us to disclaim it. The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Turd Titans's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Turd Titans in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to cover Turd Titans's losses from claims caused by your own breach of these terms or your own conduct.

12. Messages from us

We send emails about your account and cleanups (new cleanups near you, offers, receipts, reminders to approve). You can turn off optional emails in your account or by using the unsubscribe link. We send text messages only if you separately opt in, and you can reply STOP at any time.

13. Changes, closing your account, and law

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date, and big changes will be announced on the site or by email. You can close your account at any time by emailing us; held payments still settle under these terms. These terms are governed by Indiana law, and any dispute with Turd Titans will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Indiana.
